As you know I’m taking a two week break so I can get started on some book projects. One is a book version of The Budget Smart Girl’s Guide to the Universe. It’s in the early stages and I’ll keep you up to date as it progresses.

Something else I’m working on is experimenting with different recipes for homemade veggie burgers. Some fall apart when you cook them, some are too dry, some need more taste. Once I find the perfect one, I’ll be sharing it with you.
